Daybreak Learning Community
We offer free activities and courses in south Devon for people who have mental health issues, their family, friends and the professionals that support them.

Courses vary depending on the time of year and offer self-management skills for issues such as:
- self-esteem and assertiveness
- social isolation
- food and mood
We also offer Ageing Well activities and courses aimed at people aged 50+. Find out more.

Our learning community
All of our courses are co-designed and delivered by volunteer trainers who have lived experience of mental health issues, along with a professional trainer. Volunteers often start as participants on our courses and go on to offer their experience, expertise and time as part of our learning community.

How to book
To book a place on a course please contact Devon Recovery Learning Community 01392 677067 (Mon-Thurs 10am-2pm).
No booking is required for our weekly drop-in activities.

How it’s funded
Courses are free of charge. We fund our activities, and partner with Devon Recovery Learning Community to deliver our courses. Our Ageing Well courses for people aged 50+ are funded by Ageing Well Torbay.
