Today we’re launching our new ‘All Welcome Wellbeing’ online peer support group.
This group will meet online every Tuesday from 2.00pm to 3.30pm.
Run by two of our course trainers, Sharon and Rachael, our ‘All Welcome Wellbeing’ group offers an opportunity to meet others virtually and share experiences with people who have had similar experiences.
For people who have attended one of our courses or workshops, this group will discuss the techniques they have previously learnt. For those who are new to BeWell@StepOne there will be the chance to develop self-management techniques to maintain good mental health.
Vitally, this group offers ongoing support from people who understand how you feel with poor mental health, and want to help each other get well and stay well with positive mental health practices.
