All the teams at Step One work hard to create events that are inclusive of the people we work with. It’s great when we can also hold events that support other good causes.
This Christmas will be very different and, for many of us, the festive season will also be quite stressful. Remember to take some time to be kind to yourself, and plan to manage some of those Christmas pressure points.
