Do you find your feelings of low mood are stopping you from getting on with your life, or do you not feel like yourself for long periods of time?
The impacts of depression include a lack of motivation and energy, which often leads to a person cutting back on their pleasurable activities and neglecting their daily tasks and responsibilities.
These sessions aim to help people increase their activity and motivation levels, starting with evaluating current levels of activity before creating a plan to get going again, one step at a time.
This 4-week course offers the benefits of group support and the development of behavioural strategies that can help increase your activity levels in the right areas. It helps people to make changes in their day-to-day life that can result in significant improvements to their wellbeing, helping to break the cycle of depression.
