BeWell@StepOne Online Courses

Online Mental Health Support for Individuals and Communities

Step One has been supporting people in Devon with their mental health for over 80 years, working closely with local NHS Trusts, GP surgeries and communities.

Record numbers of people across Devon are seeking support for their mental health, and BeWell@StepOne has been set up so that we can use our specialist knowledge of mental health service provision to meet some of that demand.

BeWell@StepOne plans to provide support to as many people as possible across the county through online courses, support groups and learning opportunities. We aim to use our experience of providing support services to reduce the pressure on our local NHS services and help individuals to manage their own mental health, and through peer groups support others’ in their communities.

Our online courses are free and are run by professional, qualified and supportive tutors with lived experience of mental health conditions.
