Enabling people to live more independently

This service is generally funded through social care funding from Devon County Council and Devon Partnership NHS Trust, direct/personal budgets from local authorities, or through self-funding. 

Our specialist team enable people who have autism spectrum conditions, learning difficulties, mental health concerns or dual diagnosis to live more independently.

We provide individually tailored activities and support to allow individuals to thrive in their communities and gain confidence and skills to live independently, learning and work skills, and the confidence and strategies to grow.


This service is available to anyone over the age of 18 and living in Devon, have had a social care assessment and have funding through Devon County Council or Devon Partnership NHS Trust, or receive direct payments or a personal budget.
