Supported Living Houses

Aiding recovery through supported accommodation, gaining confidence and working towards independent living 

This service is funded by individual Spot funding for each person generally though Devon County Council

We provide supported living for people with Mental Health concerns or/and Autism Spectrum conditions to live more independently. Our dedicated support staff are available daily to provide one-to-one support, for people taking the next step in their recovery, development and growth focusing on their strengths and supporting them to continue to progress in managing their wellbeing and grow their independent living skills.

 

Should a person need supported living, our range of accommodation (suitable for both men and women) has been designed to aid recovery, development and growth. Houses have private bedrooms and communal areas and gardens.

We offer personalised support dependent on their assessed needs and is available to those with a mental health concern or Autism Spectrum Condition and need dedicated support to live more independently. The service is accessed through referrals from a Care Co-ordinator and / or Social Care Assessors.
