Bank Staff – Enabling/Community Support Worker

We are seeking bank workers to be part of our strong and friendly community support team based in Exeter city centre and working in the community across Devon.
Our Community Support Workers support people in Devon who have autism spectrum conditions, learning difficulties and mental health concerns to gain independent living and work skills.
Through a creative and responsive approach you will build relationships with the people we support to improve their health and wellbeing and enable their emotional, physical, intellectual and social needs.
A typical day could be supporting people with medical appointments, getting out and about, having a coffee or supporting with life skills such as searching for work, managing finances or/and cooking. No two days are the same, which makes this a challenging and rewarding role.
