Enabling Community Support Worker

We are currently looking for a dedicated and committed individuals to be part of our strong and friendly Enabling Community Support team based in Exeter, Torbay and working in the community across Devon.

Our Enabling Community Support Workers support people in Devon who have autism spectrum conditions, learning difficulties, mental health concerns or a dual diagnosis to grow independent living and work skills.

Through a creative and responsive approach you will build relationships with the people we support to improve their health and well-being and enable their emotional, physical, intellectual and social needs.

A typical day could be supporting with medical appointments or supporting with life skills such as searching for work, managing finances and cooking. No two days are the same, which makes this a challenging yet incredibly rewarding role. This is a permanent full time role, working on a two week shift rota.

Previous experience is not required however, what we would like from you is:
