Night Support Worker

We are seeking a mental health Night Support Worker to provide comprehensive and effective recovery support which enables people to take control of their future.
You will work with other team members to ensure that people receive skilled recovery practice of the highest standard.
You will also share in the responsibility to ensure that services are run safely in line with our policies and procedures.

Step One supports people to manage their mental health, achieve employment goals and live more independently. We provide a range of mental health services to support people who are vulnerable to crisis experience in their recovery. We work closely with people to tailor the support they need at critical times in their lives.
Our responsive approach allows people quickly to access the right support for short periods and return home with support
Our services include:
- Cypress Hospital which provides nurse-led acute mental health step down care.
- Granvue Crisis House which residential and drop-in support for people who are experiencing mental health crisis.
This position is for our Cypress Hospital and will be predominantly night shifts however you may be asked to work day shifts at times to accommodate training and to meet the needs of the service.
You will have access to regular training and supervision, and gain rewarding experience in recovery-focused practice. We offer 33 days annual leave a year (including bank holidays), pension scheme and access to an employee assistance program.
