Do you wonder why you get emotional while others around you appear able to take things in their stride?
Resilience is the ability to cope with the challenges, problems, and setbacks we face in life, and to become stronger because of them. It relies on different skills and draws on various sources of help, including rational thinking skills, and an individual’s relationship with those around them and themselves.
This 4-week online course will allow you to consider and practice techniques to maintain good wellbeing and look at ways you can become more resilient, helping you to recognise the strengths that you already have so that you can take better care of yourself.
